The Small Farmers Project
Our client is the Small Farmers Project located in Eugene OR, an organic farm collective which grows strawberries, blueberries and black caps. The SFP is made up of multiple latino families with a total number upwards of 40 members, both young and old from as close as Mexico and as far as Peru. We see ourselves as enablers of their future goals to be an independent and viable farming collective. At this point the SFP is growing into its own with our project placed a juncture in their groups timeline. How can our project serve them not only now, but in the future as they grow? How does this project enable them as an organization? How does this serve as a foundation for all future efforts? How does this project speak to who they are? These questions are constantly reviewed as we move further with this project.
